Matt is the owner and founder of Milford Quality Landscaping, which he started over 40 years ago with just one lawnmower, an old truck, and a dream. Through hard work and dedication, he grew it into the successful business it is today. He takes pride in building a company rooted in quality, reliability, and strong relationships. His favorite flower is the lilac, reflecting his appreciation for classic beauty and tradition.

Louise, Matt’s niece, has been a dedicated part of the Milford Quality team for over 20 years as Office Manager. Growing up around the business, she’s had a front-row seat to its growth and brings a strong sense of family and commitment to everything she does. Louise keeps the office running smoothly while supporting both the team and customers with care and experience. Her favorite flower is the bright and cheerful Black-Eyed Susan.

Emily works in Employee Communications and Marketing, helping connect teams and share the company’s story. Growing up with her dad owning the business, she’s had the unique opportunity to watch it grow and evolve over the past 27 years. This perspective gives her a deep appreciation for both the company’s roots and its future. Her favorite flower is the horse chestnut flower which are often associated with strength, resilience, and growth.

Miraya works in Administration and Accounts Payable, bringing strong organization and multitasking skills to keep everything running smoothly. She’s driven to expand her knowledge, believing that the more she learns, the better she becomes. Known for her kind nature and productive energy, She finds little moments of beauty and peace in site of cherry blossoms and sunflowers
